How You Can Help
To date we have raised approximately $25,000, and our fundraising goals are on-target for what we call Phase II of this project. However, there is much yet to be raised. I still have vital health issues needing resolution.
Our total goal is $129, 706.
Our fundraising goals are broken down into the following Phases:
- $12,468 By 4/08 Phase I: Insurance & Deductible 1st Year
ACHIEVED
- $33,684 By 10/08 Phase II: Insurance & Deductible 2nd & 3rd Year
- $13,000 By 12/08 Phase III: Lost Wages Initial Surgery
- $61,554 By 4/09 Phase IV: Reconstructive Surgery
- $9,000 By 12/09 Phase V: Lost Wages Subs. Surgeries & Misc. Exp.
